Calling All you Severum Fans.................

Awww. Why does everyone always get rid of there chocolates. Still my favorite fish out of the god knows how many that I own. Big, chunky, elegant looking, pleasing colors, and a great calm attitude. They do tend to bicker with severums if it's not a big tank for some reason though, but mine does great as a display fish with geo's. Never touches them.

It's hard to beat a good rotkeil though. Good luck with it.

lol yeah he's kinda a bully and a huge pig to the point where my other fish are not getting enough food, especially my polys.

I could see that. Mine likes to grab as much food as could possible fit in it's mouth (and then some) and dash off to a corner to enjoy it.

yeah last night mine had a fully mouth then stole a shrimp out from right infront of my senegals face. his mouth was exploding with food

no need, worming on the face says everything to me. Today I actually put them up for sale here in Dallas. They are great fish, but I am going to move my rotkeil out of the big tank and give them the 90 to see if they will actually raise a family.
