Can't make up my mind..... is this a male or a female??? leaning toward female at the moment...
Golds can be a little tricky Peter. Just from first glance I would say male but I don't really trust just looking at golds unless they are fully mature. How big and how old is it? Got any pics with any of it's vent showing?
It's about 6". Got it 6 months ago as a 1.5", so I'm guessing it's still under a year old...

Vented - looked like a female....was engaged in some serious liplocking with one of my red severums....I want peace!
Females severums always seem to be the trouble makers in communities. I've had issues several times with females and almost never with males.
