can 2 male mate ?

L hunter, this has been working great for my fish. For 2 weeks do not change the water, but slowly bring temp to 84F. During this time begin to feed them more food, high in protein. After the 2 weeks, do 2 50% water changes in 24 hrs. It simulates the start of the rainy season. Even the most picky pairs seem to start laying eggs.

Theres another saltwater fish that does that, I think its the dottyback? I can't remember, its long and slender.

One could be a female or they could both be just males doing the breeding thing. Sometimes they go through the motions together.

Wait it out see if one lays eggs. Texas looks more male to me because females look a little different when they breed, but I dunno since the flowerhorn looks male too, but the double flowerline could be the misplaced spot on the dorsal.

You are thinking of wrasses. Many of them change sex over time.

Guys like bombay biorb are tools.....Do not worry about those guys. They almost ran me off when I first joined. The mods here are great. If you feel like you are getting to much heat, PM a mod any mod and they will help you no problem. Or use the report post feature. You would have to be stupid or not have read all the posts to not understand the OP meant "Pair" and not "mate"......
