One could be a female or they could both be just males doing the breeding thing. Sometimes they go through the motions together.
Wait it out see if one lays eggs. Texas looks more male to me because females look a little different when they breed, but I dunno since the flowerhorn looks male too, but the double flowerline could be the misplaced spot on the dorsal.
