paypal is a scam waiting to happen, I have had a bank account cleared out and a credit card maxed out, all from someone hacking into my acct. The problem is, most ppl use the same password for ebay as they do paypal, ebay will let them break into your acct, they then have access to your paypal email (as ebay stores it) and bam, they are into your paypal. NO, I would not use it anymore, BUT one way it could possibly be avoided I guess is if you gt one of those prepaid debit cards at walmart or walgreens and used that for paypal instead of an actual credit card, and new put your bank info on there, oh well, you're not verified,...do you really want paypal to have your bank acct info and your ssn?

I never figured out what was going on but I just canceled my pay-pal membership and it stopped.
Aside from that I have never had any trouble and would personally not let that small mishap deter me from transferring money through pay-pal in the future, however as a side note after any future dealings with pay-pal I will be closing my account shortly after the money has been transferred.
