Wud believe that it is a Freddy....have 3 of them and they are docile and rarely go at each other.....

Based on reading its a loiselli because freedys show their vertical stripes all the time

My female freddy's vertical stripes were only visible every few weeks while in spawning mode and looked very similar to this one. I actually bought her hoping it was a mislabled dovii because I'd never heard of fredrichsthalii before but quickly realized it wasn't and started seeing info popping up on freddy's a few years later. She did have a bluish silver pattern along the top but didn't have as much red around the face so I'm gonna agree with female lois - definitely not mota or dovii. Mota have red near the bottom of the face/belly at that size with a few small black stripes on their side that almost always show, and female dovii are paler yellow (even my CR's) with a more oblong shape. I almost wanna say u have a freddy but loisellei are the only parachromis I haven't owned so I gotta go with the ppl that have
