Dang Gus, I woulda said female dovii based on your older pics but its starting to look way more like a male la ceiba or RTM. Its really hard to ID most parachromis until they reach 5" or so (and my female freddy grew SLOW!). Jags, male dovii, and female RTMs are easy to point out but the rest look almost exactly alike at that size, especially with all the possible color variations of fish from the same species but different locations. We'll probably be able to tell with these two for sure within the next few months though, but this random forum I found on a MMA site has some great parachromis pics to compare http://www.mixedmartialarts.com/mma.cfm?go=forum.posts&forum=2&thread=2151923&page=6

That's a great reference but its a lot easier comparing one parachromis to another than an unknown juvie across all 5 types. Those loisellei could easily be mistaken for female dovii and the freddys look a little like jags or motas. It seems like freddys, lois, and male motas all go thru a stage around 3-4in where they look extremely similar but that might also be because I haven't kept those yet. But Gus's fish is looking more lois or freddy after those last pics, mayyybe rtm but I'm not seeing it
