Can bichirs live with a lungfish???

So im thinking for my 55 gallon monster fish growout to have some bichirs but also I will like a lungfish to able to live with them so would it be compatible also Hendre if you can answer this question ill be very grateful

Yeah planning to put 1 albino senegal bichir, 1 south american lungfish and 4 red hook silver dollars just wanna see if its all compatible and the 55 is a grow out for a little while

Well just think, if it’s a grow out for a lungfish and Bichir what if you have to upgrade the lungfish and bichirs to your masheer tank which is 100 gallons. What are you gonna do when the masheer and lungfish and both grow out of the 100 gallon? I don’t think u can have an outdoor lungfish pond and even if they’re compatible

Also, I wouldn’t worry about another tank when ur 1st one isn’t done yet. Not trying to be mean just friendly advice. Remember, slow and steady wins the race.

No definitely not the lungfish will go in the 100 gallon because of how semi active it is the mahseer will go in a pond with some koi and goldfish and with the albino bichir if the bichir is big enough

But good point may just get a small species of bichir to grow out with the mahseer because currently nothing else is going in with the mahseer
