I think breeders sometimes use 29s for a single breeding pair but with no substrate. Not for amateurs though so I don't reccomend getting them.
 
You could raise a tilapia and then have it for dinner one night.

Hey, some people do that. No judgement to those who do it.
You could get a large angelfish. I hear they can take down guppies.
