I don't understand why people buy silver arowanas these days. Do you realize that they get 4 ft. long and even a 400 gallon would be too small at that point. For the guy keeping the 28" Silver in a 180 (WOW) thats just ridiculous. Unless you have a pond please be respectful to the fish and dont buy a silver or black arowana. Instead you will have to spend alot more money but get a Jardini or asian arowana they rarely exceed 24"......Stop buying 4ft. fish for your home aquariums..............

Well, Delgado's silver was happy enough to lay eggs. So I guess he's torturing her so badly that she would want to have babies in that tank

The answer is yes, these are my pair that lived happily until they were sold on ( to Peanut ) to make way for my RTG.

Ryan i wouldn't even put one arowana in a 115gal let alone two. But it is possable for them to live together in peace ( IN A BIGGER TANK ! ) hint hint !
