You really should keep a full grown black aro in the tank. They get just about as big as silvers and will outgrow a 135 rather fast.

It will outgrow the tank, and when it gets cramped and spooked it will probably end up on the floor. Blacks do generally grow more slowly than silvers, so a tank of that size will hold one for a couple of years (most), but you'll need to upgrade.
