ill get some pics and measurements tomorrow. I am wanting a large tank cause I plan on putting more fish in there then that. Those are just what I want now.
RTC time? im only going to trust my future 10x4x3 to a concrete slab. id be holding my breath filling that sucker up if i were you

you could use cinderblocks and steel plate to add support and distribute the weight, or an angle iron welded frame with cross members. either could work especially if your house is parked on a cement slab. my old mobile home was on a slab.

long ways every 4 foot theres a set of cinderblocks on steel beams

you could still do one of my ideas and put a steel plate on the dirt after you leveled it but settling could still pose a threat to the floor. the tank would be level but the floor could break.

yea but if you look closely i would have to take out the insulation to do any work there. I think there being 2-3 supports directly under the tank going along those small steel beams is enough

the only problem is that after settling it wont be even and could brake the tank...mabye you could jack the house up alittle and put the steel plate under the existing supports or redo all togther to be sure it will hold. without messing with the insulation.

you would also have to make sure that the supports would be either directly in the center, or even better, on both sides of the frame underneath the tank. which would be a fun math problem to figure out where to exactly place the blocks to support the tank underneath your home.....

id consult your landlord, then a professional (an engineer)

your landlord is going to say no when he or she finds out how big the tank is. unless they happen to be an MFKer..
Hes not an MFKer but doesnt mind. Ive already talked it over with him. What about downsizing the tank to 12'x4'x2'x?
