Can my Floors handle this?

well thats not true. but thanks for the concern. I do know from experience it will hold a 210. I lived in a 1974 mobile home with a 125 and 210 in the same room. and in florida they are held to much higher standards of construction and the amount of piers. But I am thinking the 8x4x2 is a good call
correct me if I am wrong, but just because one mobile home can support that kind of weight doesn't mean they all can right?

no thats true,but the house im in now is so much stonger,well built, on more piers then my last house. So if anything i would be more worried about the old house. and this house is a 5 out of 5 rating for hurricanes. what about a 8x4x2 or 6x4x30"
why are you stuck in that house for 3 years? move out when the elase is up and move somewhere with a garage so you can get serious about a monster tank. do you even realize how much floor space is going to be used up by a 8X4 or 10X4 tank? LOL theres no way you're going to have a tank that size in your house for long before something either breaks or you get sick and tired of all the space it takes up and want to break it down.
besides, with the fish you've listed a 240gl tank is fine for years, heck, even the 3 years you're going to be in that place it will be fine as long as you properly maintain the tank.

I like my house, the location couldnt be better and its affordable. the house is 2100sq foot, and I have two extra bedrooms. I can spare the area for a tank. its myself,my wife and 9month old son. in a 3/4 bedroom 2 bath. if i move my office ill have an extra room
I would absolutley with out a doubt reinforce the floor. I was raised in mobile homes and while I think the floor would hold it in the begining it may sag, and if the floor gets wet or moisture gets to it from under the floor it would be a disaster. I had to have an entire kitchen and dining room floor replaced in my house from a leak that only accured when the dishwasher would run, it was a huge unwanted suprize. Better safe than sorry and you can never take to long to do something right.
