I am thinking if i should grow him out in a new 55gallon ..is he worth my money or should i give it to a friend or LFS.. Cause as long as it has a KOK at all and nice red on the side i would keep it...any input is welcomed ..i know TLC blah blah I really do i get attached to my fishes so better now then later ..know what i mean

id keep him, as long as you dont care if he is MP or A Grade then whatever, he will still be decent.

it looks very low grade to me, but it's totally up to how you see the fish.

look at my diary thread and see how myn has changed, thats with out TLC i just look after him the same as i do all my other fish, nothing special, fed 3 times a day, clean water and room to swim. i only feed him hikari cichlid gold a NLS

tbh i think he will turn out quiet nice, he has potential for a decent nuchal hump and his colouring isnt that bad myn was horrific at first but hes ok now and i wouldnt trade him in.

thanks for all your input ...i guess ill hold on to him kind of got over the need to have a hump ...ill just keep it he has good aggression and his fins turn red which is kinda of cool.


Ill give an update later when he is like 3-3.5 inches probably in a few weeks ..heheh
