This fish is not 'exCichlasoma' urophthalmus. It is most likely RD/Midas x FH.

I disagree. I think it is a Mayan cichlid. Looks just like the two I had and just google mayan cichlid and you will see so. Side bars and eye spot in the middle of the tail are a dead giveaway.

The fish is NOT a mayan. The barring is wrong, head/mouth shape is wrong (concurrent with that of RD/Midas) and so is the color.
To add, the fish is most likely female due to the spot in the dorsal, though this is a trait that a female uro would share with this fish it is also a factor in trimacs and FH.

For reference, Male uro:

Notice that the color on the unpaired fins progresses to a deeper red color. There is pattern and coloration on the gillplate.
There is not much fine spangling in the unpaired fins.
The tail spot covers most of the caudal peduncle.

In OP's fish the color in the unpaired fins are reddish orange, heavily spangled and edged in a dark color.
The tailspot in on the upper half of the caudal peduncle like you would see in trimac or standard grade flowerhorn.

And quite obviously, the iris of the mayan is not red as it is in OP's fish.
