thıs fısh ıs deffınately not a mayan.

that fısh looks lıke eıther a stressed flowerhorn
a flowerhorn barred mıdas hybrıd
or a flowerhorn urophthalmus hybrıd.
alot of the amerıcan cıchlıds have a taılspot ıts only wıth the mayan and festae that the dıfference matters, wıth a hybrıd that spot could come from alot of fısh. flowerhorns have them

looks more festae than uro, im guessing some jag mixed in (im just saying that cause the red eye) im sure others have that.
i was able to breed this female to my monster kok malau flowerhorn, they have about 30-50 fry right now.
