To add, the fish is most likely female due to the spot in the dorsal, though this is a trait that a female uro would share with this fish it is also a factor in trimacs and FH.

Notice that the color on the unpaired fins progresses to a deeper red color. There is pattern and coloration on the gillplate.
There is not much fine spangling in the unpaired fins.
The tail spot covers most of the caudal peduncle.
In OP's fish the color in the unpaired fins are reddish orange, heavily spangled and edged in a dark color.
The tailspot in on the upper half of the caudal peduncle like you would see in trimac or standard grade flowerhorn.
And quite obviously, the iris of the mayan is not red as it is in OP's fish.
