Add salt, a lot of salt. It may be cured. BTW, keep your water clean, too. You need to remove those parrot fish from the Armatus. If they do any damage on the Armatus, it's hard to work on Armatus, since they're sensitive. Damage like that on Armatus eye will result in eye lost for sure. If on the body, you'll get fungus right away, and could lead to fatal.

i studied the tank well today, and the armatus seem to keep on one side of the tank while the parrot on the other side.

the armatus never gets out of the cave unless it sees a feeder and if it does they just snatch it and go back to the cave.

but will do tomorrow. i'm going to do a water change and add a ton of salt.

i think the jurapari is blind though, he just sits right next to the glass with the glass being on the side of the bad eye.

I don't think he can't see now with the eye like that, but the eye could get better. Add salt now, add salt after you're done with your water change, and add salt every 2-3 days until the eye looks better. Do water change at least one a week to maintain clean water. BTW, to be safe, you can always send the Armatus to my tank
