I don't think he can't see now with the eye like that, but the eye could get better. Add salt now, add salt after you're done with your water change, and add salt every 2-3 days until the eye looks better. Do water change at least one a week to maintain clean water. BTW, to be safe, you can always send the Armatus to my tank

i woke up and checked today and all the fish eggs were gone so hopefully the parrots wont be as aggressive, and all the lil guy does is hide in a cave
