i would say that it was an inside job and the reason they didn't make bank with your big mono is they had the gear to take the small fish, and when trying to remove anything much bigger their gear failed. thus being said i would move that mono inside, they know he's there and more likely then not is planning another trip to p bass central.

yes they even got the ones i just ordered from snookn21..they took everything i just bought for the 125g tank and stuff for the 300g tank..i havent sold no fish recently..i was suppose to sale some to a MFM but my work schedule is hectic..i went to a few peoples house this morning but nothing..if i find out who they got a huge a** beating coming..i called lfs but nothing..as far as anything else being taken they also got my dads power tools that were left in there cuz i makin that custom stand and canopy for the 125g and 300g tanks..went to a a couples house that live nxt door and they heared smoeone going threw thier backyard lastnight..they only knew bcuz thier dogs ran out after them..i still got a few places to check out and hoping i find something..they took a total of 17 peacock bass..1,200 worth of fish tank supplies and about 1400 in power tools..there had to be more then atleast 4 people to take all they got..i know it wasent people that live next door or behined me becuz thier like in thier 60s-80s..all i can do is move on and hope something comes along and i find out who did it or find all my stuff..i kno i am still new to this peacock bass thing but i put in alot of time/money and dedication and for someone to take it away really upsets me..i'll update if i find anything new or pics of the idiot who did it after i beat his a**..thanks for all of your concerns..

i think homeowner's/renters insurance should cover most of the losses, maybe not the fish though

Could have just been a regular burglar who broke into a shed hoping for some free stuff, saw it was just fish stuff and killed the pbass out of anger/annoyance, and took the supplies thinking they might make some $ selling them.

ok heres something new..i went out fishing to relase some anger caught 1-2 inch baby bluegill (bout 15 of them) for my big pbass..i come home and the person that lives behined me, had found my fx5 filter still in the box in his backyard..so now i know which way they left..it was right by his fence..so i'm guess they were in a hurry of course got over the fence dropped it and just said 4get it and took off..i went to a few lfs and let them know if anyone is trying to sell pbass thier probably stolen and to call me asap..just hope something turns up..there isnt really nothing i can do now until i find out who did it..i'm keeping a eye out on one house that leaves behined me on the next block..its a house of crack heads..they have been know to rob houses in the area for trying to get stuff to get thier next fix..but i cant prove it until i see something out mine there..otherwise personally i'd be rushing that house right now..i took the next few days off of work..i had sick time so i'm using it..i'm stuck lookin on craigslist and watching my cell phone hopin lfs call me..i'm only going to give it a week and if nothng happens i guess i gotta move on..i doubt i'll get anymore baby pbass for a while..i'm going to look for a mono or ocell female about 12-14inches and hope my male n her spawn..
