He's probably just filling out a little. I don't see anything unhealthy.

Ok thank you I will let you know if it gets worse

1 month of treatment is a really long time for a fish to have ick and still be alive. Also, are your other fish in the same tank? If you have been treating ick for 1 month, your other fish would also get it. I can't see any white spots in your pictures so maybe it's something else. If you are positive it's ick, this is how I treated my flowerhorn with ick. I raised the temp, added 1 tablespoon of salt per five gallons and get some Rid-Ick. Don't use the liquid Rid-Ick. My local fish expert said that the tablet form of Rid-Ick is much better to use then the liquid one. My flowerhorn got rid of ick in a week. I think you have some other disease because treating the fish for that long, it's still alive and the other fish don't have ick. I've never had any fish that had any disease for a month and still be alive and eating. Hopefully you will find an answer. Good luck.

if u have a mud pond, put them in there. it will hea lnaturally.
if u dont have one, just put them in a methylene blue solution. tht's wht i did when my flowerhorn got ick. :) and make sure u clean ure tank and also all the decorations and equipments inside.
put ure fish in the solution and observe them until they are reaching for the top tank. when u see this, quickly put them in ure tank back. :) btw, i put anti-chlorine to kill all the bacteria in the tank. i did it and now my fish are growing. :D
