Why? no windshield at all removes the need for a scraper...

I like this guy, positive thinker. Save money on a scraper.

definitely a tool. Bit of ice build up on the windshield is a pain in the a** driving with if you don't have the scraper. Could wait 20 minutes for it to defrost with the car heater (which is an accessory) or use the scraper (a tool made for removing thus ice)

Agreed,slamming a car door will do nothing to remove a film of ice from a windshield.
