A pacer would have to be first choice, Lawn art!

Thanx guppy, I'm pleased to know that someone else understands the concept of a pacer as an aquarium with its goofy curved oversized windows. Perhaps the ugliest car ever made. Not just ugly but pieces of crap. It would be difficult to find one now. Most of em have rusted into the earth.

One good thing about using a pacer, it would only require about $2000 dollars worth of silicone instead of $4,000. Imagine doing a cadillac or a 68 Buick Wildcat. An aro would be happy in one of those for life as long as he didn't eat the dome light.

I think the easiest way would be to stripp out the interior then lay in a fiberglass shell, the seats that went back in could also be fiberglass mock ups, major project.

i say just make the windows aquariums.. that way it can be driven..if you fill the whole car up it wont be able to move unless hauled on a trailer.

That pinto ain't moving without a trailer any way. Why else would I be able to use it..

Guppy,
While mock up seats would be nice..I think I'd rather have the water volume. I do agree probably the best bet is to go with fiberglass.

I kind of want to try to limit the fiberglass to areas that have to be welded ect leaving a rough edge. Partly I can't imagine being in a car for days inhaling resin fumes lol....I'll use truckbed liner or marine epoxy over the whole inside. Sealing the windows is going to be a pain. I think I might have to fill the doors while I'm at it.

could u use defrost as a heater? wonder how many watts that is......lol
