Haven`t run carbon regularly since the corner box filters with floss and an airline

I only use carbon for a brief period after medication, other than that I never use it. It's probably been 5 years since I've used it.

i change my carbon monthly. i have three filters but i only have carbon on the canister filter.

Carbon is good getting rid of meds and helping clear up the water. I don't use it at all. Have to be careful to change it regularly if you use it because it can become a place for crap to build up.
