What is problem? 30 gallon tank?

Aye, whats the problem? I think this is a pretty kewl idea actually! Seems like they were honest and tried their best to get it across to peeps that they need large tankz. They didn't butter up the oscars and just try to sell them. They alerted the buyer of the potential of the fish. A def. bonus for a LFS! Wish some of the ones around here had that! Thats top notch service there! 30gal. long is a pretty big tank btw...;)...its what...48" x 16 x 12? its doable. Note they said MINIMUM...;)

I keep mine in a 40, he has plenty of room.

VERY AGGRESSIVE?    , keep it with a texas or red devil then we'll see how aggressive it is

I agree at least they made an attempt to educate the first time buyer.

not to mention 2 of the 3 suggested tankmates would murder the oscar, assuming they're of similar size of course

Its better than most. All you normally get is "small oscar-$5.00-skill level beginner"
