You don't have any issues with it sticking to the rays or getting kicked up and into the filters? I was considering sunset gold back when i setup my newest pond but caribsea's spec sheet on it lists the grain size as 0.1 to 0.3mm, same as moonlight. Torpedo beach for comparison has a grain size of 0.2 to 1.2mm.

i have the black caribsea sand and its GREAT!! nice and heavy, doesnt get sturred up by polys or rays and its JET black with a little sparkle
its awesome
and it didnt cloud the water one bit!
im about to buy a few more bags for my 180. its about a buck a pound around here which isnt bad i guess for how perfect it is

I was looking into this brand of sand before but I went for a cheaper brand called geo systems. The supernatural one costs around 35-40 bux CAD per 20 lb bag which is quite pricey imo. Geo systems u can find for 15 bux per 20 lb bag at petsmart sales sometimes. I use it in my geophagus tank and it works and looks great. I just purchased 5 more bags for my ray's tank and will be changing the gravel out soon.

Ya I just finished switching out the gravel to sand today. My back is killing me...wasn't fun taking out 120+ lbs of gravel then replacing it with 120+ lbs of sand...The 450 looks alot brighter now but still murky...I'll take pics once the water gets crystal clear.

Here's a pic of caribsea super natural crystal river:
