Catfish in aquariums

What are some cool species of catfish people keep in fish tanks?

How big of a tank? Most of the cooler catfish (IMO) get 2-3 feet long and need very large tanks.

On the other end of the spectrum, I love my little S. American Bumble Bee cat, I just wish it would come out more often, another common issue with cats. Pictus Cats are pretty cool, don't get too big, and always active.

Everyone has their own definition of cool catfish. The ones that I can keep due to space are Raphael cats spotted and stripe, Pimelodus blochii's. If I had the space and $ I would love to have a juruense, vulture and Pimelodus ornatus.

Pictus catfish are great, active catfish that could be put in tanks as small as 40 breeder.

Just got a Megalodorus Uranoscopus from Jeff Rapps, personally like cory, hoplo, and smaller Raphael cats.

there are some really neat cories and plecos, but my personal favorites are microsynodontis and some of the smaller synodontis species.
