Alright, it wasn't that big... But I will say they are tough.

I had a heater malfunction and the water in the tank felt like a hot tub. Steam was coming from the tank. Most of the fish were cooked but the two corys survived.

Glad they made it. I had the same problem a few week's ago. Caught the tank at 94degrees and all fish made it.
 
I had a 250 gallon tank I had a albino channel cat in there I was cleaning the gravel he came up and rammed my wrist with his head he weighed close to 10 lbs was sore and bruised for a good week
 
i had a large flathead swim thru the end of a 180 tank that was a mess thay call them the fresh water fright train
 
Once my glass cat was swimming and eating flakes while I just closed the cover of the tank, and my baby ID gulped it down and smashed threw the lid of my cover...
 
My raphael had knocked his slate over a few times, but nothing too impressive from him yet.
Can megalodoras "Irwini" uranoscopus break a tank?
 
your raphel will be able to do things impressive soon... just let him get bigger...
 
i was fishin in the mississppi r. i watched a guy hook into a flathead after a few min. of play the cat made a hard run...the guy was pulled into the river...i helped him out then held him back so the cat didn't do it again, the cat tried to and almost go us both in the river...after a few hours of battle the fish seemed to give up and came in...it was the biggest flathead i have ever seen ever! and i have seen 60lbs+ fish...as i reached for the fish it flipped hit me in the head with its tail knocking me into the pole on the dock an giving me a concution the broke the guys rod before breaking the line and was never seen from again...this spot on the river is full of big flatheads...not in a tank, but definatly an example of their strength...
 
flatheads are true tank busters!!! In another way!
