I absolutely hate the Catholic church with a "Passion". Remember when the priest child sex abuse scandle broke out in MA? That town was Weston, my hometown. The Priest was Father John Geoghan. The kids molested were my childhood friends. Geoghan wanted to give my best friend "special lessons", according to his parents, which they declined, citing the fact that "the guy was creepy". Others weren't so lucky. What was the church's response to this? They accused my friends and their parents of being liars, and tried to sweep it under the rug while good ol' *** ass John Geoghan kept on doing it. The vatican knew about it. They did nothing. Shame on them.

I agree with banning fish bowls...
The big goldy in this pic is about 5 I've had her for three years and I'm not sure how old she was when I got her. She's about a foot long. The smaller one is 2. They would have both most likely croaked by now if they were in a bowl. Yeah you can keep a goldy small but it sure isn't nice considering how much it shortens the lifespan.
Feeders in a bowl might be a bit different but I don't understand why not even a ten gallon aquarium? (10$ at wal-mart and you can do a diy filter for next to nothing). I know the ammount of feeders I put out aren't going to make it through qt in a bowl..
