You may want to do some research before using ozone. Ozone is toxic to humans. Usually carbon is required to de-ozone. Ozone kills nitrite which prevent your bio filter from building full strength. Any disruption in filtration will result in a spike.

I would have to find a way to turn it off.
 
Nice set up. I would make a thread in the filtration section. See what options other members come up with
 
Looks interesting. Leave the ozonizer running low or have the filter before the ozone process.
Ozone filters run like skimmers that remove proteins n bacteria n such the longer the bubble exposure the more thorough the cleaning. Just make sure to have the machine serviced so it does not overproduce
 
That isnt the end of the world, if you can solder a new cable system together it will be good. Maybe find out where it can be serviced as it could work well. Are you going to go marine with this?
