I like cereal as a late night snack, things like mini wheats or raisinbran crunch. For breakfast I do the heartstopper meal, you know the kind, 3egg omelette with ham, onions, b. olives, mushrooms, and cheese, over hash browns, with a side of bacon and biscuits smothered in sausage gravy, and wash down with 3-4 mugs of strong black coffee. Damn, now I'm hungry, I think I'll go stir fry some shrimp. Bye!
