3 lbs undigested red meat in your gut..nice. Beside I don't have a problem with people eating meat (their choice) but i don't agree with the way animals are kept in teh farming industry. Also with the history of bowel cancer in my family (red meat being one of the major causes) and the amount of early deaths (before 40) and colostomy bags (have you ever seen one leak, nice...) i think i will stick with my leaves and pulses....

BTW when i said it's wrong, i meant cereal not the consumption of meat, as i said that is a personal choice.

life is too short to not enjoy meat.

i remember when i was in middle school and stopped eating hotdogs for about a year because i found out what was in them. Hotdogs are just too damn good to give up forever.
