Channa Sp White Pearl Lemon

Miguel, originally i put 白甲乌鳢 which translates to White A argus, realizing the mistake i instead used 白乌鳢 , this translates to WHITE argus and got an interesting result...

A quick google search of this leads you to this thread, it's in Chinese but if your translate the page he's saying he got these white argus from Sichuan , and i'm fairly certain that is the EXACT photo that glaser used to identify these fish as "white lemon pearls " . It doesn't have glasers stamp on it so it must be the picture that came from the source itself, unfortunately the post is dated 2012-3-29 17:06:45 so I'm wondering if the photo is actually related to this batch of fish or if they just used the photo ?

If you mean a channa with orange fins in a guys hands over a blue bucket that is the pix Glaser uses to say how they end when grown.

This is exactly the picture Glaser uses to describe themImageUploadedByMonsterAquariaNetwork1396297074.869175.jpg

C.argus kimurai is said by Shih (1936) to inhabit the River Kialing in the Szechuan province, also in China; where it is said to be common in the rice fields as well as mountain streams. Reeves (1927) states that C.argus can be found to the North-East of China and Korea. From further north, into Russia, in the region of the River Amur, hails the hardier C.argus warpachowskii which has been successfully introduced to many countries, including the former Czechoslovakia.

The above is what we find on the Kimurai Argus, which relates to what you found on that chinese forum...

Would you believe this guy, who is sitting in a tank next to tue Micros, is half their size in lenght and girth, wants to attack the micros through the glass, the Berserker?

I just went and saw these at the LFS. Only one was developing some yellow on the fins, but they were still small at 7". I wish that I had more room.

how much ?? just curious

I know you are asking about Canada.

For me it was 68€.

I think I saw the retail price at $12.50 each. He might jack up the price. He asked me before if I want any and he said $100 each as he said only 40 of them available in the "world". Lol! Might have to visit him this weekend and check.
