I used to be all about charcoal, but now I only use it to sear burgers or steaks, I use my Traeger for everything else!

Thank you my thoughts exactly. Real smoky flavor. Best steaks ever. I'll take the extra 30 minutes for a better taste.

I never use self lighting charcoal. Only Kingsford for me.

I cooked some drumsticks over some good ol kingsford mesquite last night.
Gas is quick and easy...but you cant beat a good old fashioned weber.
