grilling should not be rushed. one must become one with the fire AND the meat before the magic can happen. get married and your grill takes longer and gets farther from the house! heck i got a smoker, takes at least 2 hrs to get ready 8 hrs to cook, she stays away. dont tell her please!

Charcoal for sure, taste 100 times better if you know what your doing, gas is fast but it taste like ass... But i prefer using a smoker as well..
