Would this work as an aquarium if each one was filled up and had an overflow so I could then filter them in a sump I've researched it a lot and have seen very little about it so do you think it would be possible (if you can't see the picture please can you let me know and I will put the link to the image in)

I'd just watched that video and was wondering about it because I've seen lots of stuff like that I just saw a video on somthing with 5 16 litre draws for fry so was wondering if it would be any good because it might be alright for breeding live bearers my main worry is the plastic won't be strong enough and might crack

Those things are typically made from Homopolymer Polypropylene, which isn't a particularly durable polymer, especially when moulded in a thin wall application such as those tubs. Long term, or even short term, I would not trust them with water in, and sure as hell wouldn't trust those cheap castors which are bearing the weight.

What those things are good for, and what they're designed for, is for space saver storage of lightweight articles, such as seen in the picture. If you are going to use such a product I suggest you store hobby related stuff in them such as old pumps, filters, heaters, media etc etc etc, and NOT fish!

Are other normal plastic storage boxes alright for keeping fish in

If you are talking about those mass produced thin walled clear ones that come in different sizes made of Polypropylene that you see stacked up in the stores, then i'd be very careful from a long term perspective, unless you can get a heavier duty thicker walled tub.

What those things are perfect for, in the smaller sizes, and as Kelly_Aquatics Kelly_Aquatics alluded to, are for trickle towers for filtration as they are never full of water, it's just flowing through. A lot of people use them for that very application.

If you do decide to go with those type of plastic tubs, my advice would be NOT to stack them, and be very careful not to accidently drop them onto a hard floor. As mentioned, Homopolymer Polypropylene can crack easily.

Good luck.

I saw this video which foes somthing similar to what I wanted
I was planning on having some on the floor and then building a cheap stand or using cinder blocks to stack them up like the image below Screenshot_20220303-193618_Samsung Notes.jpg
