I don't know how cold it gets by you, but if the surface doesnt freeze all the way over, i think they could be allright, i don't know how well that pool will hold though as it starts to freeze and since it's inflatable, will shrink a little in colder weather as well.
As far as goldfish nipping the liner, idk.

if you have frezzing iwould say no to winter months could rune the fabric and tare it....

i think it should be fine then, i would buy a little higher quality/tougher material pool though if it was me.

i would advise against it...if you could find the hard plastic ones...would be a lot safer and sleep better at night..these are not made that great to begin with.....02

Yes, but your koi have to be 3yrs old and up (it says so).

I've used them as temp, breeding and quarantine ponds.
