I can see that you really did not want anyone else's opinion. Seeing as you can only reply to friendly suggestions and or questions with insults or "battery acid". I will be more than happy to let you torture your fish with no further advice on my part.

ive had mine for 6 months now and he was the size of a quarter when i got him
he is now 6 inches
i know someone who has a pacu that is only a year old now and he is over 1and a half feet long!!!!
i would recomend getting a 125 or a 190 for him mabe even larger

I would love to see your tank and fish they sound great however I have talked to a friend for a while who had a pacu that got to be over 5 feet long and weigh over 30 ponds she had him for like 28 years so that is a really serious fish just to give you a heads up...
