We ate Oscars in Panama. They are yummy. Not as good as the Peacock Bass...but finger licking good with a mustard cornmeal coating.

Oscars come from pnama now? or was it in a restuarant?

The oscars and Cichla were introduced by US serivece men who were stationed in Panama. They are breeding just fine in the larger lakes. Ken

Scott, I was over at Eddies Thursday. His place is nice, and for a guy that isnt a cichlid fan by anymeans, I found it hard leave!
