yes, but it unesessary, you dont use a gun in self defence unless someone else has a gun, even then you still would be shot for pulling it out. pussys bring out weapons, be a man and use your fists. that gun is sick tho,:ROFL:take your dog on a walk with it:screwy:when do you get started on by a gun when walking your dog or taking the rubbish out? never:grinno:

i was quoting the guy that gave the gun presentation. and who knows. dog jacker? gotta protect the life of your dog till your last breath.

do you need a mchine gun to walk a dog?

I believe in self defense.

I was robbed at gunpoint at a restaurant and ordered into the freezer with a gun to the back of my head, then forced to the floor.

I lost my money and cell phone but most of all my pride.

I thought I was going to die.

Now I carry 3 types of defense on myself at all times, that are 3 levels of protection.

The first is a wildfire 18% OC pepper spray with 3,000,000 Scoville Heat Units.
Second is a moderate Stun gun.
The 3rd and last option is a 44magnum Ruger Blackhawk pistol.

People have the right to protect themselves, and I think it is necessary.

I have lived in places where people get shot just by refusing to buy drugs, I was shot at while going 5 blocks to buy a can of cat food. In a gun or knife fight fists are for fools, dead ones.
My only objection to that glock conversion is that pistols are not allowed to have stocks, if they do they are classed as rifles and must have barrels at least 16" long.

This conversion would be an SBR (short barrelled rifle) and as such would need to be registered. It is easier to register a Machine gun in many cases than an SBR in many states. I had to spend months going though all sorts of channels and paperwork before I could legally have a semi auto AKSU built a few years back.

Ironically the laws changed where I'm at though and now they are treated as pistols so are registered as such. Each requires a purchase permit and a ton of paperwork.

As for this...... Screw that... I'm shooting first. My life (and my families life in my opinion) is far more important than some Cluckheads.

There is nothing wrong with using a sledgehammer on a diseased mosquito.

No crap.

For that matter, I'm a 5'1 and I'm woman. If some man attacks me, even without a gun, am I supposed to engage in hand to hand combat with him? Uh...I don't think so....

And for that matter, even a large man can be taken by someone that's crazy and methed out or something. Or someone that is mentally ill/challenged and loses it.
My mother in law is a special ed teacher, and when some of those kids go into a rage they are VERY strong, and can be dangerous because some of them don't understand right and wrong in the first place, or lack self control. If they lose it you're not gonna necessarily slow them down that easily.

Call me crazy, but especially if someone breaks into my house I'm going to ASSUME they want to do me harm and ask questions LATER. You don't break into houses because you're a nice and respectful person.
I'm alone 16 days a month and I keep a gun loaded just in case (I don't have any kids so there's 0% danger in that anyway). Excuse me for trying to protect myself :screwy:. Wouldn't be hard for some nut to realize that I'm alone so much and figure out my husband's work schedule.

My mother in law once had a guy knock at her door and try to come in. He KNEW her husband was gone because he'd been watching them. He only left when she put a gun in his face. Later on she found out it was this man http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Henry_Lee_Lucas.

Never assume you are 100% safe.

I may be paranoid, but I've had too many close calls not to be.

Only in America....
