I bought some ph buffer from them about a month ago. $10.99. I mixed up some salt water in my 55 g. drum and added the ph buffer. The ph didnt change from 7.2. So I added more, and nothing. I added a total of about 4 times the recommended amount and still no change. I called them and Tom answered the phone. I told him what was happening and he said "Huh, well buy some more or a different brand". I asked him if I could exchange the jar for a new one and the m***er f***er told me he cant accept an open product. I said how am I supposed to know it doesnt work if I dont open it", he said "i dunno". I hung up on the A hole. I then took it up to Dallas North and They exchanged it for me with no problem. They even knew I got it at Fish Gallery. This happens soemtimes with buffer and they took care of it over there at Dallas North immediately. Fish gallery is too tight with their money for my taste. I used to go there 2- 3 times a week and purchased something, usually expensive 95% of the time. So, now Dallas North gets my money. Chris isnt a bad guy at all but they are too expensive when it comes to their products also. So, in conclusion beware of general merchandise they have if you eed them to stand behind it. Oh and Justin is an absolute moron, a man who doesnt believe in refugiums for salt water. hahahahaha!!! For slat water, Jason is the man to talk to if you buy from these scrooges. BTW why does a 100 gallon tank in the back room cost $6,000.00 with pump and filter?
