I'm using a 2500gph on a similar system. For the sump, it's (3) 30 gallon rubbermade tubs joined with DIY PVC bulkheads. I'll get pics of it up eventually.

I say over size the pump and use valves to throttle down/up the flow to each tank. The 2500 provides more than enough flow for the system. My .02.

Great price BTW. Are they drilled? bulkheads?

Thanks for the info, I think I may go with the rubbermaids.

All the tanks are plumbed and the spray bars have valves (2per tank)
