To be honest with you...if your going to use those tanks for fry and grow outs I'd strongly recomend a single large air pump and a Hydro4 for each one of the tanks. Some of the many advantages are...
It's far easier and safer on the tiny fish.
It isolates each of the tanks so a problem in one dosn't wipe out your whole system.
No extra plumbing
Simple to add/remove extra tanks.
If you need a bit of extra mechanical help. (I havn't but you never know...) you can always use a single HOB and move it from tank to tank.
The entire system will cost less than the pump alone in a central system...not to mention the sump and plumbing.
