I had a cookout in July, pretty sure not a sinlge MFKer came all local club people only...
You never know how these things are gonna turn out. But I rather try to get something going rather than keep typing on the keyboard if we can put an all day event together I doubt everyone who says they will be there will, their loss

On the 13th is Wazhawa day's in WI dell's they close the streets to put up beer gardens it's grrrreat! 
I don't know abouy aquairums/lfs there but they got a place where you can feed gators and all kinds of snapping turtles they use to sell baby gators even and theres super sized gokart places and a riplees believe it or not with a like 16 foot 
mouninted on the wall but but otherwise I would vote for the 20th at the shed I talked to someone that works there from this site about a month a ago. I'll try to find him cause behind the scenes there would be sweet 
I was planning a trip there with some fish guys for the begining of oct but looks like I will be changing that now alright but anyone want to do the dell's for wazhahwa let me know it's a good time you wont remember What do you guys think I'd like to do both!!!!

If I missed my mom's wedding she would kill and/or dis-own me! So I think the 20th would be best!
The changing locations for a yearly or twice yearly meeting would be an awesome thing to start though. Just as long as it isn't too far away for everyone.

Yeah missing a wedding probably not the best idea. I agree though a yearly or bi-yearly rotating location I think is a great idea. This will give more people the opportunity to go to the meets if they are a little farther is one direction. I really hope we can get this going and keep it going, it would be a lot of fun I think.
I am fine with all the dates because i am in school and i dont have anything going on but i would love to see this go forward...

I have sent the PM message out to about 85 people, so far only 17 have picked dates and not even that many have left a post about it so I am really hoping some more people get the message and chime in on ideas and dates. I think we can give it maybe a week and then just set a date, pick something to do and whoever shows up shows up. I think it will be fun either way, even if we could only pull 20 or so people thats a start. Then maybe in 6 months or so we talk about doing another one in a different location, maybe Indy or something. After awhile hopefully attendance will pick up and eventually we can get a real meet going.
Bassman440 and freshwaterfishing, you two picked "another weekend" but didn't post what you where thinking for a date? Are you two not around in September or do non of those weekends work for you?
Just want to get as many people as we can, so please again, post your thoughts or ideas.
I am hoping we can get a MOD on here interested in this and willing to go, I sent a PM to ewurm about it but he hasn't replied or posted here yet so hopefully he will soon. As always, the more people that are interested I think the easier this thing will be to get going!
