Chicken liver for Jardini

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
so now he likes to eat chicken meat. so next time iam gonna feed him chicken liver. it seems that as he gets bigger his appetite also grows bigger and more diverse.

I just fed mine two small pieces of chicken, would wait another five minutes to feed salmon cubes and then whole shrimps with shell on. Chicken is not fed everyday though, the shrimp and salmon are. I started on chicken when my jar was around 10" or so. Chicken is not a mammalian meat. It is just like frogs and birds. And trust me, people in asia feed their asian aros frogs as staple - my relatives do and just watch Koji's most recent video.

ngockenn, any pics of your jar?

pics is on first page. and wow never thought of that. I was preparing salmon and trout today. they are freshly caught in some place in MT. Well I am still at my gf's house in MT. But when I get home i will go buy salmon meat/ trout meat and chicken liver. i figure it be cheaper compare to a 140 serving pack of freeze blood worms.

talking about bony tongue....The Salmon I prepared today have teethy tongue. dude their tongue have a set of sharp as cainines. Since I am a minnesotain guy I don't even know tell now.

i prefer using foods that fish naturally are exposed to. i have not ever fed my fish mammalian protein or avian, but i can't say that it's harmful. it might be . . . it might not. the only way to actually validate if it is harmful or not, would be to have a clinical study, with a control group being fed chicken liver or red meat and the second group being fed a typical fish diet. then you could study long-term effects in a comparitive manner. does anyone know of any such studies?

Mr.Nooby, yes I saw your video, thanks. But I was asking for pics of ngockenn's 4 yrs old jar :) I just like to see pics of big old monter jars... :)

Salmon have lots of fats. I'd settle for tilapia and chicken liver as a treat!
