Well i “hate” to be the bearer of bad news….if you eat sausages then you already eat a part of intestines….what do you think the casings are made of????
Oh I love sausages,sage and sweet Italian, chorizo,kielbasa yum yum!
Have you ever eaten scrapple? That's a bunch of ground up pig parts but when done right it is deelish.....and it doesn't stink!

No I haven’t tried that one either, though I know what I’ll be looking for this week lol… maybe our TNT or Italian store might have leads on where to find it!

I think scrapple is more of a Pennsylvania breakfast food item.Its seems that it is hardly eaten or even known about in other areas.

Hunter’s liver mush is a local delicacy where I’m from they even have a liver mush festival dedicated to it.

I grew up in a very rural mountain area of western NC.
I’ve had just about everything listed so far in this thread and few things that haven’t.
Like pork brains and eggs for breakfast.
Raccoon jerky and baked ground hog.
Oh and mountain oysters lol
 
Chicken feet are a Korean street food delicacy. I've tried it spicy sweet and weirdly jelly like. Flavor was great, consistency not so much.

You're better off saying what ISN'T a Korean street food delicacy. The folk who live in those far Eastern countries will eat anything. And spices and marinades can hide a multitude of what would usually be considered awful flavours.

You can put lipstick on a pig......but it's still s pig! Lol.
