Has anyone ever kept one of these Geckos? I was on a very important business trip when my colleagues and I happened to notice a dirty mite infested cage that housed a few of these awsome geckos. I've never seen them before! They're like demonic leopard geckos.

Anyways, if anyone has any personal experience with these guys, give me some info on them. Show some pics, whatever. I'd like to know as much as I can.

I've never kept this species but I am interested in them as well. From what I've read their care is very similar to leopard geckos except they like temperatures a bit cooler on the hot side of their enclosure (low 80's) and they like a bit more humidity as well.

That's exactly what I've heard, but aside from that I know very little about them. My friend picked one up and is keeping him with her leopard geckos. You think that's a bad idea? She keeps a moss box in there with him. I'm thinking about getting one of my own if he's simple enough to care for.

Haha business trip...
You know I have been wondering about those little guys. I wish I had more room, if I did I would go and rescue the other one and the "African Fat Tail" hahaha wow what an adventure.

I love Chinese Cave Geckos. Their care really isn't similar to leos. They aren't hardy at all and required A LOT of humidity. I have always wanted one, but they are pretty spendy and require a lot of work.

That is a very bad idea. Their conditions are opposite leopard geckos.

Pricey, eh? She got hers for 24 dolla. lol. I'm starting to wish I bought one too. We're gonna have to reventure out there and save the rest. I would have never guessed they needed such high humidity? Interesting. I'll let her know she needs to separate her babies lol. Thanks guys.

Well I really can only order them online, haven't seen any local. Yes they require high humidity, you have to realize they do come from caves, which are pretty wet usually. They look more like our Banded Geckos rather than Leos.
