I am moving and have to give up some of my fish. I have a 12” chocolate cichlid and a 7” Rotkiel Severum. I have raised them both from babies and are about 4 years old in good health. Will only give away to someone with adequate tank space. The two have been raised together in a 120 gallon tank but would consider separating them. I’m in Windsor Terrace in Brooklyn New York. Send me a message if interested. Local pickup only. I had to put a number so listed at $1 but am giving away to the right home.

Note: New York State is in the Northeast region of the US but the dropdown menu for regions doesn’t have that as an option

I am moving the contents of my 180 into a 240 in about a week or two. I am sure that may be too late for you, if you are pressed with the move....but I may reach out to you at that time if you still have em. I'd say I'd try them in my 180 now...but my Oscar will have none of it. I tried a chocolate with him before, and he had a fit. I think the extra 2 feet plus shifting decor may make it work. I'm right over the bridge from you.

Thanks Ben...I appreciate it. If we give it a go, they'd be going to a good home. No worries if you hand them off first, as I don't want to rush my tank transfer, but I may reach out when complete.
 
Hey Ben...just bumping this up for ya. I have set up my 240, but there's not as much extra space in the tank as I thought there'd be. I think that Chcolate would make it too cramped, and I wouldn't want that for the fish. Being I am sure you wanna keep the Sev with it, I'll unfortunately have to pass. If you end up someone just wanting the Chocolate....then feel free to reach out re:Sev.
