The kids are growing quick, and mom's not to thrilled with their adventuring around.
Nice! I've always liked Chocolate Cichlids but never had them. Are you going to keep some of the fry?
I might keep a couple. My tank is pretty crowded so I will probably post the juvies up on our local Facebook exchange group.
The dad booted the mom away from the babies, lost interest shortly after and all my Rainbowfish swooped in and had a feeding frenzy. I still have about 6 survivors from the first batch lurking in the plants. The dozen I moved originally into my qt tank are putting on some size but not as quickly as the big tank stragglers.
