This fishing season has been very kind to me especially with Cichlas, I was thinking of having a pond in my backyard of wild caught ones. MY main question was does this seem to cruel for Cichlas? The filtration would be fine and everything but what do you guys think of keeping them in ponds?

Thanks,
Justin

My plan was only to keep around four, how many gallons would you recommend?

sounds like a great project! mind sharing ur fishing spot :headbang2
It's actually in my neighborhood, key thing to use is Blue Gill, Shiners, or any type of bait fish.

Do it! Then buy some azul put in the pond and get them to breeding !! If I had a pond like that I would no doubt
