:grinno: Okay I'm not trying to let them mate

I keep a 10-inch tilapia in a 5-gallon tank (yes yes i know who would keep a foodfish for pet.. it's just fun to watch these fish).

I'm thinking of putting a juvenile 4-inch jardini with him, just for the meantime. Won't the tilapia whack the jardini? Will the jardini still grow to a normal size?

Thanks!

please say this is a joke

it's true! here's a picture of it:

i'm wondering if the arowana would survive with this fish. i'm planning to transfer the arowana to my 75-gallon together with the royal knife when he's grown enough, and the 5-gallon tank would be some sort of a "nursery" tank where he could grow a bit larger.

:banhim: :banhim: :banhim:

the simple answer would be NO WAY IN HELL!!! :)

that tilapia would need the 75 to himself

and the jar should have no less that 180 gallons, the royal can go in there too :)

5 gallons is too small for ANY monster

its not even suitable for a grow out!!
